Technology That Drives Your Competitive Edge
Our production lines are not just assemblies of standard parts; they are integrated systems featuring advanced technologies designed to maximize your productivity, flexibility, and profitability.
Precision Roll Forming System
Critical components are manufactured to the highest standards. Rollers are precision-machined on CNC lathes. Main shafts, are made from Cr12MoV alloy steel, tempered and precision-ground for maximum rigidity. The main frame side plates are machined from solid steel plates in a single setup on a CNC machining center to ensure perfect alignment. This robust construction guarantees the machine's longevity and reliability for years of demanding operation. According to the design drawings, implement the rolling process to achieve the preliminary product shape.
Fully Automated Cutting System
The cutting unit synchronizes its movement with the continuously advancing profile, making a clean, burr-free cut without stopping the production line. This eliminates bottlenecks and maximizes throughput. The system is seamlessly integrated with the roll former and pre-punching stations. It receives a digital signal to cut at the precise moment, creating a flawless, ready-to-use component in a single, automated sequence.
Automated Flanging For Carriage Floor Making Line
Integrated directly into the production line, the automated flanging unit precisely bends the edges of the continuously moving floor panel, creating a strong, uniform vertical rim in a single pass. The flanging operation occurs immediately after the main profile is formed and before cutting, ensuring a continuous, uninterrupted workflow without secondary handling. The formed flange acts as a robust reinforcement beam, significantly increasing the panel's load-bearing capacity and resistance to bending or deformation.

Ready to Optimize Your Production?
FAQS
Q: Can your machine form both steel and aluminum?
A:
Yes, most of our standard models can form both galvanized steel and aluminum coils. The produce materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.2mm to 5mm,and have the thickness adjustment . Please consult our engineers for your specific material requirements
Q: What is the maximum speed and output of your machines?
A:
Armdax roll forming machines have a line max speed up to 35 meters per minute. The actual output depends on the profile complexity and operator efficiency.
Q: What kind of control system do you use?
A:
We use internationally renowned PLC systems (like Siemens or Mitsubishi) with a user-friendly touchscreen interface. This allows for precise control over speed, length, and production count.
Q: Do you provide installation and training?
A:
Yes, we provide detailed installation manuals and video guides. We also offer optional overseas engineer dispatch for on-site installation and training, with all costs (travel, accommodation) quoted separately.
